Does anybody know how I can reach a representative as I have questions concerning my account:
- I want to close an old account
- I have 2 parallel tuneUp accounts to consolidate
But it is really awful and I’m just before switching to an other company because I’m already look for a phone number, chat or email. There is nothing only the chatbot which cannot help. It a horrible waste of time.
