I just paid for 12 months of my PC tune up and its saying i have to pay again

Why if I paid for my PC tune up and try to resolve everything why is is taking me to the payment page again.

Does anybody know how I can reach a representative as I have questions concerning my account:

  • I want to close an old account
  • I have 2 parallel tuneUp accounts to consolidate

But it is really awful and I’m just before switching to an other company because I’m already look for a phone number, chat or email. There is nothing only the chatbot which cannot help. It a horrible waste of time.
