Sorry for the trouble. Reactivate option will occur only on old version, it's necessary to have latest version of AVG 2017. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> check the version of AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security.
If you have latest version (17.9.3040), open AVG Antivirus/ Internet Security -> My AVG -> Subscription -> enter your license number. In case, your email address is visible on subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number.

I keep getting an email asking to activate my license number, but when I follow your tabs there is no tab for reactivate under the Support tab. My license # AMWWP_3HDW2-NYFN3-QD7UQ-CXF2B-EHNJS. Can you please tell me how to handle, I have been charged for the update and want to make sure I am getting the benefits.
