I keep trying to update my credit card information and it continues to fail. I feel like I’m in a loop trying to update this information.
I have a related problem - I’ve been updating my payment method with new card details about ten times on AVG but my old card is still visible and the yearly amount hasn’t been withdrawn my new card.
I have the same problem. I have new card with different card number and the old one was cancelled. I have changed card number to the new one more than 10 times and I keep getting emails regarding my card information and they still write that they cannot charge my old card.
What can I do? There is no email for sending complaints about the problem.
I had the same problem but persistence paid off and my was updated eventually. Still unable to delete an old card which has been cancelled
I decided not to renew and it had no problems updating my credit card info by itself, and I didn’t want to renew.
The same thing happens to me. Have you found a solution?
I have the same problem. Çard has been cancelled but they keep trying to claim the sub. That ain’t going to happen. Have tried about 20 times to enter new card details. They say wait 10 minutes for the new details to appear on screen. It’s been 2 months now, still trying to collect from the cancelled card. Not very efficient!
