I need to cancel my subscription

My account says I have no subscriptions but you keep taking a yearly payment for VPN from my account.  I have no email to enable me to cancel so what do I do?
I have tried to cancel last year and you seem to be making it very difficult to do?
Why are you taking money from me if I have no subscriptions?
