Colin, If you need to look up your license number, please use the AVG License Retrieval form at (http://www.avg.com/lost). Fill in your email address and the verification code.
Click Continue. 
You will receive an email with details about all your AVG licenses, including the license number and expiration date.
Tip: If you don't receive the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
