I need to request my money back on 30 days cooling period. I did not wish to renew on the subcriptio

I would request a refund of money taken from my card. I emailed as soon as I was made aware that money had been taken from my account last week. I have had no success trying to contact you on the Irish number provided. I do not want to renew the subscription, and under your term of 30 days cooling period i request a refund immediately please. Thank you
