I am sorry to know that.
If you have the latest 2017 version installed, please open the AVG Antivirus free user interface and click on "Menu–>About–>Subscription"
You will have option to "Enter license", please click on it and enter the license number.  You will get the Internet Security installed and activated.
If there is any issues with the activation, please let us know.

A few days ago a virus alert that apparently was not a proble, the advice update AVG, did so, I now only have the free version on both computers, why ??.  Please fix it or give me a refund.
