I paid for the subscription renewal but cannot access it; my subscription shows as inactive, and it is absolutely frustrating. How do you actually talk/chat or send an email to customer care. Sats fill simple fill form but no link to form.
the exact thing happened to be I paid the 1 year 1 pc renewal , then next day the took 889 for the 10 pc sent me the code to activate the account but took 3 months plus to cancel the 10 pc acct and still no code for the one year that I paid for .. this is the same issue they will not cancel the mandate for 10 pcs when I am a widow with one pc ??? 4 m months and still refusing to respond is a shambolic service .
