I paid for the software and it is screw-up

I purchase your software in good faith.  “Unlimited devices one year”, by the Box it was in you assume it is on a disk,  wrong.  It is just a activation number the size of a postage stamp.  “Okay it load okay on computer #1,  On computer #2 it would not load,  when to my AVG account and had the wrong Activation number and couldn’t change it.  Your computer person look at it and say it had the wrong email address and fixed the problem with #2.   Now on #1 which was working I get the message my 30 day TRAIL has run out and I need to send you more money.  Which also shows that everything in my computer is screw-up.  Kinda makes you wonder because just before this the same software said it fixed all the problems in my computer .   On the other computer you stated that it was a problem with the email address I assume this is the same problem.  But why is my email address even manner, I believe AVG has a reason.  Either make it work , update the expiration date or refund my money
