I payed $70 for something i don't want

Upon checking your account, we see that AVG Internet Security (trial) has been renwed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry (which has been sent to you on 9/21/19).
If you'd like to cancel that subscripton & get refunded, we do understand.

I have been using the free trial of AVG and have been planing on canceling before it billed me but I just paid $70 for something I don't want is there any way I could get a refund or something?

Am I eligible for a refund of the product? if so I would like to refund it.
