I purchased this AVG Internet Security Protection, with activation code,  10 Devices lasting 2 years.  I have already lost a quarter of it trying to install it, help please.  I am 71 and can use computers pretty well, but all this tech stuff is going nowhere for me.

If you think thats bad, Avast who owns AVG was fined 16.5 MM by the FTC for selling customer browsing history to their own market research company Jumpshot, now closed.
