I purchased avg protection not using the renewal prompts from avg.  I now still get pop ups saying my machine is not protected when it is.  How to I get these prompts off of my computer.

Phil, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
