Since several weeks I can not use AVG VPN optimal. Since weeks After a few minutes I always get in Dutch :
this error code ME5VCU (upload://tSYmUHWLZVsGn8s6IKUOyg9DtrK.png)
but the problem solving never starts.
How to solve??? on my Mac???
I also get the error code ME5VCU and unable to use AVG VPN. The message says “Send our support team this code so we can fix and prevent this from happening again.” This started happening in the 2nd half of July (can’t remember the date). I’m using a MacBook with OS Sequoia 15.5 and a Canadian IP address.
Follow up: My issue is now resolved. No action taken, unclear why issue occurred or how it was resolved.
