Thank you, problem fixed with technician. my upload never worked, I still had 2014 AVG on my PC. The tech took over my PC and uninstalled 2014 and reinstalled the 2015. Something didn't go right with my download with renewal. All good now! Thanks AVG!

I renewed to 2015 yesterday, how come my computer still says I have 2014 AVG? The expiration is Dec 2015, so I know the renewal went through. But how come it does not say 2015, did I get the wrong download???

See I didn't get all that. I paid for the renewal, it unactivated what I had and reactivated. I restart the computer but nothing happened after that. I think when I get the hard copy in the mail, I will uninstall what I have and reinstall. I don't think the download worked because I did not get the steps in that article. It made me put in my new license number but that was it???
