AVG sent me an e-mail telling me my service was due to expire but if I wanted to re-new the service not to do anything and it would re-new automatically to information on file. So I didn't do anything expecting itr to re-new automatically. It did not re-new, instead I received an e-mail the morning it expired saying my service was out of date . I tried to send e-mails but that didn't work. I had been satisfied with AVG's service so I went and bought a copy of the Protection 2015 and a copy of the Performance 2015. then when I tried to install them they would not install. Needless to say; I ended up going to AVG on the net an was sent to one of their "service" contractors in India and then after the cost of the two Packages I had purchased ( $76.00) and then the service company telling me what I think was "a line of bull" , but it seemed to make a little sence, and another $120.00 and over 5 hours on the phone and internet with them my computer was restored and cleaned but I believe if I had been working with an american who may have "gave a darn" my service could have been
restored and questions answered in a lot less time and I might still have some of my money. What do you think ???
