Can you explain why I’ve been charged £74.99 by DRI*AVG technologies for something that I haven’t got, I don’t possess a laptop or desktop computer, lost my laptop in a building fire in December 2020, the last charge was made in 2019 for that laptop and was cancelled later in the year due to the laptop becoming faulty and subsequently caused the fire which destroyed the laptop and most of the building
