i have read the email and it asks for details of purchase but there is none for the trial as it wont charge me till after it finishes i just want a guarantee i wont be charged for the PC TuneUp after the trial expires

In this case, you will not be charged for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp. You can use the trial version until it expires and uninstall the program if you do not want to renew it manually.

no thank you. i got the 30 day free trial for the avg tune up but want that canceled

Caron, could you confirm if you had registered for an extended 30 day trial of AVG TuneUp by providing your card details or you just downloaded it off from our website?

it was not as helpful as it suggested it was and is definatly not worth the price :confused:
