From that email information, we will be able to get the order details and help you with the cancellation.
Are you able to see the AVG TuneUp trial under your AVG MyAccount?
If yes, you should be able to cancel its auto renewal as mentioned in this article.

I need to cancel my trial, but can't see where this is done in my AVG account?  My card will be charged tomorrow Aug 3, 2019 (according to email received from AVG on July 27, 2019).

I just sent my screen shot.  The AVG email was sent to my gmail account (fra***@gmail.com)

We were able to locate the trial order with the e-mail address (fran******@gmail.com). Please don't share the sensitive information including the e-mail address in public posts. Reason being, for privacy reasons. 
We cancelled auto-renewal service for your trial order of AVG TuneUp Unlimited subscription. You will not be charged automatically in future.
