I have aproblem with AVG-tuneup I put my key in it and it says invakid-key

Just finished a chat session that was supposed to take care of the scanner problem when I start Mozilla Thunderbird.  Started it and got the same message

could you tell me when i have to renew my AVG i got a email saying it was renew but i didnt think it was to be renew until june 2016.

Can you tell me why, when I'm suppose to be fully protected you keep sending me advice like buy Tune Up?  then tune up wants me to pay but I am fully protected for 2 years but again seens install your product I have more virous's then ever and if I want to get rid of them I MUIST BUY.  Please explain

I typed the fist key and already invalid, I have got my key from you(avg)
