Susan, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. I have had nothing but trouble with this program for the last 3 months, I want it removed from my computer but it will not uninstall.  Help me please. I am sure it is messing up everything.
