There has been a 49,99€ charge on my card on 27. The charge wasn't authorized and i didn't know anything about this or have this even. I am reguesting a refund because this wasn't authorized and not in any kind of way wanted purchase.

My father was charged £49.99 on 26 March and he hasn't used a computer for years. We therefore apply for a refund request and cancellation of any subscription there on his old account.

I was checking my bank account and I notice a charged of 49.99 for DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES.
I didn't authorise this charge. I don't even remember having this. Much more I don't even have a computer for more than a year. So not sure where this charge come from.
