Hi, I noticed an anomaly on my statement, first I was charged a whopping £89.99 for vpn on 5 devices, (I use on one device), pretty sure I had a yearly thing, which should only be £35. Upon investigation on my avg home I noticed I had 3 separate vpn secure subscriptions, one was two years, and two one year prescriptions. What didn't help was my pc tune up which had vanished from my pc 6 months before was still subscribed but not installed(so I was charged for a service that wasn't put on my pc) I installed my pc tune up and it erased my vpn. So when I reinstalled it, it charged me again, but asked for an activation code which I did have, because there were multiple secure vpn subscriptions tied to my account. I have since gone on to the subscription webpage to unsubscribe from these other vpn subscriptions in order to keep my most recent (yearly) subscription, but could I be refunded for the two random secure vpns that had been added?
