I was having problems with my phone (Micromax A94) and getting a new sim card. when I started up my phone I got a screen saying my phone was lost or stolen I would ever have used for the anti-theft option but nothing is working

Hi Abdul,
You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/). Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).
