Since auto renewal service was enabled for its 60 day trial, this charge was debited automatically.
This product will help you to improve the performance of your computer whereas AVG Internet Security will only protect your PC from viruses and threat. Do you still confirm to get refund for this charge?
We could also see a pending order for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) which was initiated on 28th March 2019, but no charge was taken for it. Do you wish to cancel the pending order?

Then, I did not request the cancellation of the free account at the expiration of 60 days, because I understood that with the fact of hiring the version of pay with your service, it was understood that the free trial was not necessary.
