Hello. Plese try the AVG boot CD from Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection to see if that can find the malware.

I am infected with a nasty called RSpark Download Manager that I can't remove. I believe it came with freeware called Free PDF to Word Converter.
The exe file  is at C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local|Temp\ICReinstall_SETUP.exe there is also a desktop link to this file.

After deleteing it replicates on running a downloaded file.
I'm running Win7(32bit)

AVGfree doesn't find it, anybody got a cure?
