The link that AVG support recommends to download an installer that would allow repair of the glitch does not work. I tried it 3 times, and never got to the place where it said "repair." I tried downloading a different link and got the paid version of AVG Internet Security instead of AVG Free 2015. ARGHH…!!! After re-installing AVG Free 2015, I still have an error saying that Identity Protection is disabled, but it will not allow me to enable it, or it shows that it is enabled, while still needing to be fixed. I'm ignoring it, but am EXASPERATED. This just cropped up 2 days ago when I was doing a routine update, and I have spent enough time trying to correct it. If anyone has advice, I'd love to hear it.

Barbara, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/1ABza35).
