Fill in your email address, and then click Send output.

I ran the repair on AVG Protection and AVG Zen. I still cannot enable the Identity Protection.
Identity shows orange with an ! and says not protected. When I click on Identity it says that Identity Protection is disabled. When I try to enable I get an error with a link to solve the problem. When I click on the link it says "Could not finish automatic state repair." and the web page it goes to says "Additional information is not available for this message." I have uninstalled and reinstalled AVG. I am running Windows 10.

This is the error message that comes up. I tried saving the output to a different folder, but that doesn't work either.
