Identity protection problem and Registering product problem

As for Identity protection issue did you try reinstall AVG?

2 issues. 
1st prob - Seemingly at random (sometimes while AVG updates - which says was successful after the update is finished) my AVG int security tells I am no longer fully protected because the Identity protection is disabled. When I click on it, the icon is ticked enabled, but a warning message says its disabled. 

2nd prob- i have tried to register my AVG int sec 2014 several times in the past, sometimes the link takes me to the reg page and says the product is registered, other times not. On my account is does not appear, and when I try to register it whilst logged in, the unique code is flagged as invalid. I bought this AVG internet security as part of a Groupon offer.
