There should be an option to remove exceptions.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. We appreciate your valuable effort in providing it. Kindly please follow the below steps to remove it from exception list.
1.Open your AVG program.
2.From the Options menu select Advanced settings.
3.In the left pane select Exceptions.
4.Uncheck the item you added in exception list and it will be removed.
Also, let us know the name of the AVG product you have installed in your pc?

Please look at the attached snapshot. There should be an option to remove the items from the Excluded list.
