I have just paid for and installed the AVG software but it is saying I am at risk because the identity protection is not active
I have clicked on fix now but it does not work and it says it is disabled even though the box is green
Can someone please advise

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Then press Widow key + R on your keyboard and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit enter. From the control panel choose AVG Zen and uninstall it from your pc.
To install AVG Protection please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_806.exe download and  install the file. To activate it http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen

Have tried a couple of times to run the repair but this isnt working either :frowning:
