Please see the attached file for the error I get when trying to run pc TuneUP.
I tried using a malware detector from another vendor and they quarantined 25 items that AVG was supposed to detect and stop but didn’t.
I quarantined the 25 items and IE 11 worked after a reboot.
SO now why am I getting this error?Error when I tried to run tuneup

I did a defrag on my disk and unexpectedly when I went to run IE explorer 11 on widows 7 professional it opened and after a few seconds disappeared. I looked up the problem on the web and it said it was likely caused by adware?. A little help please.

Hello Joseph,
I'm sorry to hear about this. You might have click Sleep/disabled in AVG PC TuneUp for IE, in this case please open PC TuneUp > rescue center > undo > restore the disabled AVG application. Please reboot your computer once and check if your IE is working fine.

I'm sorry for delay in responding to you. We have received a reply from our senior team and they have suggested to reinstall AVG PC TuneUp. Please go to control panel > program and features and uninstall AVG PC TuneUp. After that, please follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance) to download/install/activate AVG PC TuneUp. Regarding the threat not detected, we need sample/screenshot of the threat which was detected by third party to check/analyze with the threat, then we will able to find why that threats was not detected by AVG.
