Please be courteous enough to answer those people who have left questions, and wished you WOULD do as you are saying you will!  I know you can make AVG the Favorite support center ever.  Your customers will praise your technology support system.  But my question is when are you going to give me a reply to where exactly is my $59.99 that I have paid for an AVG PC TuneUp for.  I am still hanging to the same problem I have had since Feb 8 when I purchased this software.  I have a Ref number.  I have a license number.  I have a message that supports a two year contract for one PC.  in writing.  I have an invoice number but I DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRODUCT.  You see, I got my magnifying glass out with my glasses already to zoom in on the tiny writing.  And right on that invoice, your tech's have changed the date of purchase to July 2 2015.  Isn't this strange?  Or did you think a 68 year old women could even know a thing about a computer.  So I did get a short comment that said you have a case number to refund my money.  Just to keep quiet until you can find another place to put my money until this all blows over and you think I have given up.  You have compromised my account and you really could have helped me and my PC out.  I hope someone loses their job because unless you make this right by me now, I will have your job.  And to all you little old people as myself, be careful who you trust.  I have loved my AVG SOFTWARE UNTIL NOW. My performance probably could have been handled with the PC TuneUp and this didn't need to happen.  I trried to get the Valentine special of $27 and or the $33.99/$33.99 but you didn't have time for an old lady.  Don't you see, I really needded and trusted your service.  I am a very nice lady and I wish this was a wonderful comment I leave with your company.  But it is not.  So sad.

I'm having a similar problem and it's been a week with no resolution in site.   Now they've removed the AVG Anti-Virus 2015 Software remotely, and it won't allow me to upload that either. So I have neither AntiVirus or Performance Pro.
