Hello Henri,
We regret for the inconvenience. On checking your account we could see that you have active product of AVG internet security and it has been renewed on 2016-12-28. Since you had mentioned that you have been paid for twice we checked that that payment which you made on 2017-02-18 is cancelled from your side. Please check your bank regarding this. Thank you.
