ILLEGALLY YOU CHARGED ME 99.99 AND AGAIN 99.99 in July 2020 and in July 2021

Hi,
You have charged me 99.99 0n 22nd July 2020 and again 99.99 and 23rd July 2021 on my VISA card ending onxxxxxxxx [card details removed]

This charge(99.99+99.99) is illegal as I never authorized you.

Please refund me to the same card 199.98 immediately else i shall be forced to take legal action and claim damages.
If I donot receive my 199.98 in a week then I will go  on every Social Media platform and post your illegal action.
