On 31.12.2020, & on 2019 in february an unauthorised payment of 59.99 Au $ was processed from my bank account. I haven't received any email to be warned this amount will be charged from my bank account. I used a free trial version of the AVG antivirus in the past. I don't know my id number. I can't find it in my email or spam.
I do not want to proceed with your service and would like a full refund.for 2 yrs or will take legal action cause it is stealing.
I will be very pleased if my request can be sorted out as soon as possible.So no action will be taken
