I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. The issue might be because if browser or internet connection. I request you to try login to AVG MyAccount using a different browser or in different device. You have to check the box "I'm not a robot" before login to AVG MyAccount.

I have tried to log-in to my account a couple of times, but it won't take it…I get a little error sign…
Also, It doesn't give the little "I am not a robot" feature…
Any thoughts?
