Hello Dave,

I have checked your contact history and see that you couldn't connect to remote session. It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the AVG showing in Indonesia to check and assist further.

I just had an online tech support session end - they remote accessed into my machine and now when I try to login, AVG thinks I'm in Indonesia.  Any ideas?
