Immediate Refund of Unauthorized withdrawal

Hi I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund reference number

when I used a previous subscription my computer suffered a virus
then I receive an email in2017 saying they could not access funds for renewal so i did nothing as I did not need AVG.
recenly they removed 179.99 for 2 years subscription which I don't need could someone please refund my money as I have not useed ANY PART OF THE SUBSCRIPTION.
please escalate this to a manager as this is a lot of money to loose for nothing.

On 18 November this year my Debit card was charged for AU$179.99 by your e-commerce partner Digital River Ireland.    I DID NOT authorize any withdrawals,    I don't have ANY active subscription with AVG.   Taking money out of my account without my authorization is ILLEGAL and  I'm asking for IMMEDIATE REFUND
