I am trying to renew my AVG Ultimate Subscription but I can not contact the Sales Team by chat on your website. I am 86 years old and I am finding this transaction hard work. My problem is different. I have automatic renewal but they insist on taking payment more than a month before the renewal is due. I have spoken with a representative who was entirely unhelpful.

Najbardziej dziadowska obsługa klienta. Mimo instrukcji nie ma możliwości zakończyć subskrypcji i odzyskać pobranej opłaty. W aplikacji nawet nie ma żadnego wykazu posiadanych programów, natomiast ciągle są przekierowania na reklamowane programy. Miałem te firmę za solidną a okazuje się że jest zupełnie inaczej jak zwykli naciągacze.
