i have been trying since 8.30 this morning to process a refund. I follow the online instructions, which ends with a chat box. The chat box says “We are connecting you with a human agent…” And there it hangs. Nobody answers.
Please AVG, let me know what you are going to do to remedy this. I want a refund please.

I’m getting the same issue. Going around in circles for two days now. They caught me on the auto-subscription after a trail period ran out. No warning given and now its impossable to cancel and get a refund. Tried the chat and didn’t even get through, tried thier contact number and it doesn’t exist. How do we cancel this or rather how do I cancel the lot, don’t want anything to do with the company or its products again!!!
