I was recently charged for Secure VPN, a product I never ordered. I have tried to follow the steps for requesting a refund, but an important step is missing: "Click Request a Refund."
Earlier this year, AVG billed me for a renewal of the anti-virus software when I had specifically turned off "automatic subscription renewal." I was given a refund on that product.
It is almost impossible to communicate with this company! Their business model seems to be billing customers for things they never ordered!
