Impossible to update payment details

Hi all,

I received a reminder to update my expired debit card, I’ve tried multiple times to replace the details with my new card (and new postcode). I just get the eternal three little dots.

I tried another card : same result. I also tried going through the link to ‘our customer support team’ on the email but it just leads into to a FAQ loop.

Thinking of taking my business elsewhere if I can’t do something as simple as update my payment card, a card I use every day.
Any suggestions?
