Inbox sent to vault

Hello Karl,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please provide us with screenshot of the virus vault so that we could analyze the issue and assist you better in resolving the issue. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot to create the screenshot.
Thank you.

This screenshot is from AVG Free 4UIUU-J77JV-STZNP-QLXGX-LZKG9-Y
I used online chat and called AVG and was told by both of the technicians to use this interface to get support for the free version of AVG. The problem just started recently. Also, I received the offer from AVG to buy the full featured version at a discounted cost. I thought I might like to do that but I cannot buy it if this problem cannot be fixed.

AVG placed my inbox (and all of the emails in it) into the virus vault. It was listed as infected … not just an email in it. I chose to restore the inbox file which it did. Unfortunately, my Thunderbird email program will not display the emails in the restored inbox file. FYI … I deleted the msf file and restarted the program once and after that didn't work, I deleted the msf file and rebooted the PC. The OS is Win 8.1. What can I do to save those emails?

Thank you for providing the screenshot Karl.
May I know whether you have installed the free, trial or paid version of AVG program?

Just want to mention that the vault item under discussion has been restored to the location in Thunderbird where it belongs. The file simply won't display. The instance is the same as \mail.kkzo-6.com\Inbox still showing on the attached screen capture. I need to get Thunderbird to display the inbox file so I'm guessing there is code in the file that makes it and the msf file out of sync somehow. I also need to know how to stop AVG from placing the entire folder in the vault. That seems wrong.

Karl, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
