I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
Please let us know the version of the AVG Internet Security on your PC.
To check that open your AVG Interner Security > Menu > About.
Please temporarily turn off the Enhanced firewall and check whether you're able to access the files on the shared folder. If yes, let us know and update us through this post.
Also, please share the screenshot of the pop-up notification which you receive from AVG.

After the most recent Windows 10 update, I started getting an Incoming Connection Blocked error. SMB brute force, 192.168.1.221, Remote Access Shield. How do I undo this unwanted error?
