I did what you suggested but it has not helped. All incoming emails are still described as spam which is a problem . Can this be fixed ?
Hello Neil,
I will check this for you.
Open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer, click on "Menu->Settings->Components->Email Shield->Sensitivity", change the "Heuristic Sensitivity" and check if that fix the issue.
Since installing AVG all my incoming emails are described as "SPAM"even though they are not spam. It is very annoying. How do I stop this ?

I cannot find the toggle bar and the problem still persists. If iot cannot be solved I will uninstall AVG. If I do, can I get a refund ?
Hello Neil,
I appreciate your efforts so far.
Let's disable AVG temporarily and check with the issue. To disable AVG: Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily.
Keep us informed about the status.
Yes, you are eligible to get refund for AVG Internet Security subscription.
However, we request you to try disabling AVG Internet Security through another method.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode".
Use the On/Off slider to turn off the protection temporarily.
Also, get into "components" of AVG Internet Security and see whether "Anti-Spam" is installed.
If so, disable it and check the status of the email.
Keep us posted.
