You can cancel (unsubscribe) your subscription from your AVG MyAccount under Subscriptions.
Since we are not able to locate your trail subscription under your email address.
We have sent an email asking more details.
Please check your inbox/spam for the email.

Hello

I have been reading this quite often so I just get to the point: I got the free trail version and dont want to continue using it / pay for it. If i check my subscriptions I cant seem to find any on the website but I see them in the programm, where I cant unsubscribe them. This post was created on the 10th of January 2021. I expect to not be charged even a single penny. I couldnt find another way to communicate with AVG, thats why I post this here.

"If I check my subscriptions I cant seem to find any" I dont mean to be rude but do you think i mentioned this as a joke? If I go check my subscription under https://subscriptions.avg.com I dont see anything mentioned, neither pending nor canceled. But I still got an Email telling me a payment is due in 7 days. If I dont get charged 34€ in 7 days everything is fine
