I had kaspersky but I uninstalled it when it expired and purchased AVG. Installation was successful but when I try to scan it gets stuff on 94% the shuts down. I get an error message saying "AVG closed abruptly. Would you like to reopen"… I went through my computer to make sure kaspersky was completely uninstalled and I uninstalled AVG and reinstalled and it's still stopping and closing at 94%. Ideas? Thanks
