Incorrect expiration date for Ultimate

We request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) Open AVG Zen.
2) At the top click on the email address and select only "Log out as admin"
3) Click on the same place where you had the email address and select only "Leave this Network"
4) Again click on the same place and select "Log in as admin" and enter your AVG my account credentials correctly.
Check whether you getting the PRO version getting installed for protection and performance.
Make sure that you use the same email address that you used to register AVG Ultimate subscription.

I have AVG Ultimate that is supposed to be good until 2017 and it keeps showing I am running the free version and it will expire in less than a week. I am running Win 7. Nothing I do seems to fix this. I show I have Zen, but at the bottom of the screen it says I only have the free version. What do I do?
