I did cancel my automatic subscribtion in Oct 2018 though.
I cannot understand why I have been billed for 10 devices. I am NOT a business nor have I ever been a Business. I only have one PC so the Invoice for 179.98 for a single device is prohibitive.
So yes I am requesting a refund for this amount

No I have not received an e-mail explaining anything, just a roundabout way that bought me back to here. You sent an email directing me here, I would prefer a private email. Please clearly list the 10 devices you are invoicing me for. I only own one. Not including my iPhone which I have NOT authorized AVG to use. I cancelled my automatic subscription October 2018 because of unauthorized invoicing and was considering changing when my subscription was up. This smells like very sharp practice. YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. Send me the correct invoice and I will consider my options
