Incorrect 'popup' from from Internet Security

My current software Version is 19.1.3075 ( build 19.1.4142.0 ).
UI Version 1.0.141.
Virus Definition Version 190120-0.
I actioned all your instructions. Closed down AVG Internet Security and re-booted PC, opened up AVG Internet Security and these pop ups no longer appear.

Can you provide us the screenshot of the popup?

This 'popup' displays message" We've found 4 Privacy issues".
All 4 issues are related to the assumption that I do not have AVG Secure VPN installed.
BUT I do have it installed and it is turned on automatically when I start Windows .
Therefore, why am I prompted to purchase something that I have already got and appears to be working OK ?  I would mention that this has happened before and has been reported. This resulted in uninstalling/re-installing AVG Internet Security. This worked for a while but has gone wrong again.
Anything else I should try to do to resolve this annoying problem.

Yes, I have a screen shot saved on my PC,but please explain how I can send it to you. My knowledge of computers is very limited.
